Biocreatech uses a holistic approach to combine protein design and directed evolution to make protein molecular machines that are integrated into engineering cells.

We engineer proteins that have desired functionalities such as high enzyme activity and stability through a combination of rational design and directed evolution. These proteins are then organized as a protein molecular machine within microbial cells through a well-controlled self-assembly process, turning cells into highly efficient cell factories
